3 Step-3-Beans Father, Son, and Holy Ghost Salad
cups are (appx)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
Sea Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (10 ounce) package frozen lima beans (steamer bag)
1 (9 ounce) package frozen cut green beans (steamer bag)
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 steam lima and green beans
2 In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, and oil; season generously with salt and pepper.
Add all beans; toss to combine.
3 Let marinate at room temperature or in the refrigerator, tossing occasionally, at least 30 minutes and up to a day.
The longer you marinate the better it will taste.
*TIP you can also add seasoning salt or mccormick smoke mesquite seasoning and/or and chopped green onions for added flavor
